“Piano concert for silent films” with the celebrated pianist and composer Yorgos Saltaris, who is going to accompany live the film “City Lights”, directed by Charles Chaplin - 87 minutes, 1931, USA.

A different journey through the cinema of the 1920s and 1930s, at a time when music played a significant role at the running of the film; at each screening there were professional musicians on stage, even full symphony orchestras, performing live –often improvising, like the jazz bands do – the soundtrack throughout.
